JK Studios is a creative design consultancy, located in Camberley, Surrey. We provide a multi-skilled service (involving 3d, animation, CAD, illustration and web design) to many clients, private and commercial, local (surrey, hampshire, london, berkshire, farnborough, guildford, frimley, reading) and nationwide.
JK Studios has been established since 2004 (it was previously named Excite Media) and was founded by James Kearsley.
Our CGI (Computer generated Imagery) work involves the design, modelling, rigging, texturing and materials, and the animation and rendering of these works. Some of our recent work can be seen in the upcoming film 'The Initiation of Kim sun', where JK Studios was the special effects supervisor, responsible for all effects shots in the film and the post-production work. This work is also viewable in our portfolio. We are able to produce architectural visualisations, working models of equipment or inventions, creative imagery and animations involving characters, recreate effects such as fire and smoke to name but a few. And all this can be rendered out with photorealism. After this work is complete, we can use our post-production skills to edit your work together for use on dvd, cd, your website, or even on television.
Our cad team primarily use AutoCAD, but are also skilled in microstation and CadDuct. We specialise in the areas of engineering, telecomms, mechanical and architectural draughting.
Our team is experienced in working with a number of clients on HTML sites and those integrating flash. We are also skilled in developing purely flash interfaces and animations which can be integrated into a hybrid site. We also use javascript, php, mysql in the websites we design.
Our illustration services cover freehand drawing of people, animals and objects for private clients, concept art and creative design for commercial clients and a mixture of the two for anyne who wants a creative art piece.
